Yes. TCP123 UK is based in Ascot and supports sole practitioners and accountancy practices of up to 30 staff across Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead and Slough, and the Surrey-border villages of Virginia Water, Windlesham and Bagshot.
A sole practitioner pays £99 a month on the Home Worker plan. Practices of 2 to 30 people pay £60 per employee per month for 2 to 5 staff, £55 for 6 to 20 and £50 for 21 to 30, with on-site time included for the whole practice. There is no VAT to add and no lock-in contract.
We set up multi-factor authentication, device encryption and patching, control who can open shared folders in Microsoft 365, and follow National Cyber Security Centre small-business guidance and UK GDPR data-protection principles. The exact tooling is scoped with you by phone.
Our helpdesk runs 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute initial response target. Out-of-hours cover is not a standard part of our plans; if you expect to work late before 31 January, call us beforehand to talk through what is possible.
