Band prices apply to every employee, and fewer staff never cost more — 20 employees pay the 21-employee price of £1,050 and get that band's 2 hours on-site. Extra on-site time is £100/hour, or £60/hour pre-paid with stackable On-Site Saver add-ons. Optional Cloud Backup of Microsoft 365 email and files is £5 per user per month. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately by Microsoft.

The Small Business plan is priced per employee per month: £60 for businesses of 2 to 5 employees, £55 for 6 to 20 and £50 for 21 to 30. The band price applies to every employee, so 8 staff pay 8 × £55 = £440 a month. On-site time is included for the whole business: 30 minutes a month for 2 to 5 staff, 1 hour for 6 to 20, and 2 hours for 21 to 30. There is no VAT to add and no lock-in contract; a 12-month commitment takes 10% off.
You never pay more for fewer staff. 20 employees at £55 would be £1,100, which is more than the 21-employee price of £1,050, so a 20-person business pays £1,050 and gets that band's 2 hours of on-site time a month.
Each On-Site Saver costs £60 a month and pre-pays one on-site hour, instead of the standard £100 per hour. You can stack as many as you need for the whole business — three Savers give three extra on-site hours a month. Once included and Saver hours are used up, further on-site time is £100 per hour. Unused hours do not roll over.
No. Microsoft 365 licences are billed to you directly by Microsoft, so they do not affect our prices. We administer your Microsoft 365 tenant as part of the plan.
