The Home Worker plan is £99 per month for one person with up to 3 devices. It includes 1.5 hours of support a month, of which up to 30 minutes can be emergency on-site support within a 5-mile radius of Ascot. Extra time is £75 per hour remote or £100 per hour on-site. There is no VAT to add, no lock-in contract, and a 12-month commitment takes 10% off.
Up to 30 minutes of your monthly support can be emergency on-site support if you live within a 5-mile radius of Ascot. That includes Bracknell, Windlesham, Sunninghill, Virginia Water and Bagshot. Further out — Windsor, Maidenhead and Slough, for example — we support you remotely, and an on-site visit can be booked at £100 per hour.
Extra time is charged at £75 per hour remote or £100 per hour on-site. Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
The Home Worker plan covers one person and up to 3 devices. If two or more people work in your business, the Small Business plan for 2 to 30 employees is the right fit, from £60 per employee per month for 2 to 5 staff.
